CASA is hiring a full time Program Coordinator. This position will be split between the Bend and Prineville offices, and requires willingness to travel between the two locations. A CASA Program Coordinator is responsible for helping supervise and support court-appointed volunteers who advocate for children in foster care, and represent their best interests in court and throughout the community.
Requirements include a bachelors degree in human services or related field, and 2+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have professional familiarity with the child welfare system, the court system, and/or mentoring adult volunteers. This position requires strong organizational skills, writing/editing skills, a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed, and a high degree of professionalism.
