The 5K Run/WalkCourse
This USATF certified course run begins at 9:00 am at Riverbend Park along the Deschutes River. The course loops thru Bend's scenic northwest neighborhoods and finishes back at Riverbend Park. Sorry, no animals or strollers allowed.

The 1K Run/Walk
Course
An easy jaunt around the block for all ages. Starts at 9:30am. All children participating will receive a ribbon. Sorry, no animals allowed.
Community Challenge
Community Challenge "Torch"
The Community Challenge starts at 10:00am and is a relay race designed to bring local businesses out for some friendly competition. Teams of four run the length of the field balancing the "torch" and passing it off to their team mates. It's not as easy as it looks and is sure to make you laugh. Please contact our office at 389-1618 if you would like to enter a team.

Dr. Ross Keys
Dr. Keys will support CASA by donating his services during the Light of Hope.
He is a board certified Chiropractic Physician with an emphasis on Sports Medicine.
Dr. Keys believes that exercise, good nutrition, plenty of water and Chiropractic

Brooks Technical Shirts for Men and Women
The short sleeve, relaxed fit shirt is 100% moisture transfer polyester. The orange Light of Hope flame is centered on the front of the shirt. The back display is the CASA logo as a watermark. Packet Pick-Up
Saturday, April 17th, 2010 at FleetFeet in Bend, 1320 Galveston St, 10 am-6 pm; and race day at 7:30 am at Riverbend Park.
Race Start and Finish
All races start and finish at Riverbend Park (Columbia Street and Shevlin Hixon Drive in the Old Mill District, Bend). Click here for course map. The 5K starts promptly at 9:00 am!
